Our approach

Care that feels human, not clinical.

We partner with caregivers and young people to make health guidance understandable, realistic, and kind.

  1. 1

    Listen & understand

We begin with your child’s story, health history, daily rhythm, and your family’s goals.

  2. 2

    Create a practical plan

Together, we shape clear, age-appropriate steps that feel manageable—not overwhelming.

  3. 3

    Stay connected

We follow progress, adjust the plan, and coordinate additional care when it would help.

The right care, at the right time

We’ll help you know when a specialist is the next best step.

Some digestive concerns need evaluation or treatment beyond the scope of lifestyle medicine. If that’s the case, we’ll explain our recommendation and help connect your family with a pediatric gastroenterologist or another appropriate specialist.

We can help schedule it, too.

Our team can support the referral process and help schedule the appointment—so your family has a clear, coordinated next step.

  • Thoughtful referral guidance
  • Appointment scheduling support
  • Ongoing care coordination

Collaborative care

Your child and family stay at the center. When collaboration would help, HAUS can bring the right people into the conversation—without leaving you to connect every piece on your own.
