Physician-led support for families who want help putting their child’s digestive and toileting plan into practice.
WHAT YOUR FAMILY RECEIVES
• A comprehensive initial virtual consultation with Adriana Cohen-Hausmann, MD
• Review of symptoms, stooling and toileting patterns, routines, health history, current care, and family goals
• A personalized written action plan
• Two focused 20-minute physician follow-up visits
• Adjustment of toileting, nutrition, hydration, movement, and family-routine strategies
• Guidance about coordination with your pediatrician or specialist care when appropriate
PROGRAM DETAILS
The two follow-up visits must be completed within 12 weeks of the initial consultation. This program is for one identified child. Other family members may participate when appropriate, but individualized medical assessment of another child requires a separate service.
This is a structured support program, not a membership. It does not include unlimited messaging, urgent advice, laboratory testing, specialist visits, or other clinicians’ fees.
$495 one-time program fee. Insurance is not billed. HSA/FSA payments are accepted, and an itemized invoice can be provided for possible reimbursement.
Available to families in Massachusetts and Florida. This service complements—and does not replace—your child’s pediatrician, urgent care, emergency care, or specialist care when indicated.
