PHYSICIAN-LED LIFESTYLE SUPPORT FOR GLP-1 CARE
More than
a prescription.
Evidence-informed support for nutrition, strength, sleep, and sustainable routines—alongside care from your GLP-1 prescriber.
Compare the two support options →A DIFFERENT KIND OF SUPPORT
GLP-1 treatment can reduce appetite and food intake.
Your body still needs nourishment, strength, and support.
When intake falls, meeting protein, fluid, fiber, and micronutrient needs can become harder. Haus Health helps you build a practical plan for nourishment, strength-focused movement, sleep, and sustainable routines. Your prescribing clinician continues to manage medication selection, dosing, side effects, and medical monitoring.
YOUR CARE, CONNECTED
One plan.
Four dimensions.
Coordinated lifestyle care
A lifestyle plan designed around the treatment your prescriber manages, with clear roles and useful questions to bring back to your medical team.
Nutrition adequacy
Practical support for nutrient-dense meals, protein, fiber, and fluids—including when appetite is lower or eating feels more difficult.
Strength, function & movement
A realistic resistance and aerobic activity plan designed to support muscle, bone health, physical function, and the activities that matter to you.
Whole-person support
Sleep, stress, digestion, daily routines, and behavior change—addressed together, not in isolation.

- You want to support muscle, energy, function, and metabolic health—not focus on the scale alone
- You want a sustainable plan for maintenance, whether medication continues or changes over time

Evidence-informed approach. Our approach reflects a 2025 multisociety clinical advisory for nutrition and lifestyle support during GLP-1 therapy for obesity, including nutrition assessment, nutrient adequacy, adequate protein, strength training, and whole-person lifestyle care. Because evidence for specific nutrition and exercise prescriptions during GLP-1 treatment is still developing, recommendations are individualized to your health history, treatment context, tolerance, and goals.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What to know before you begin.
Does Haus Health prescribe GLP-1 medication?
No. Haus Health provides lifestyle-medicine support. Your prescribing clinician remains responsible for medication selection, prescriptions, dose changes, refills, side-effect evaluation, and medical monitoring.
Can you tell me whether a GLP-1 is right for me?
We can review your goals, routines, nutrition, movement, sleep, and treatment context. The decision to start, continue, change, or stop medication belongs with the clinician who evaluates and prescribes it.
Can you help with nausea, constipation, or other digestive concerns?
We can help with practical food, fluid, movement, and routine strategies within the scope of lifestyle medicine. New, persistent, severe, or worsening symptoms should be evaluated promptly by your prescribing clinician; urgent symptoms require urgent or emergency care.
Is this a weight-loss program?
No. Weight may be one health measure, but care focuses on adequate nutrition, strength, physical function, sleep, stress, sustainable routines, and the goals that matter to you—without extreme diets or shame-based care.
Where are virtual visits available?
Direct patient visits are available when the identified patient is physically located in Massachusetts or Florida at the time of the visit. Care is available in English and Spanish.
Which option should I choose?
The $425 Blueprint includes intake review, a 60-minute physician consultation, and a written Lifestyle Action Plan. The $895 12-week program adds three 30-minute physician follow-ups and two structured portal check-ins for implementation support.

Choose the level of
support that fits.
Choose the Blueprint for a comprehensive 60-minute assessment and written plan. Choose the 12-week program when you want structured follow-through with three physician follow-ups and two portal check-ins.
One identified patient per service. Haus Health does not prescribe, dose, or manage GLP-1 medication and does not replace primary care, urgent care, or your prescribing clinician. Medication questions and possible side effects should be directed to your prescriber. Individual results vary.
