WHAT YOUR FAMILY RECEIVES
• A 60-minute virtual consultation with Adriana Cohen-Hausmann, MD, a board-certified pediatrician and lifestyle medicine physician
• Review of symptoms, stooling and toileting patterns, routines, health history, current care, and family goals
• Personalized recommendations and a written action plan
• Guidance about coordination with your pediatrician and whether pediatric gastroenterology or another clinician is appropriate
• Help identifying an appropriate specialist and scheduling support when needed and feasible
HOW IT WORKS
After purchase, our team will contact you with next steps for intake and scheduling. This is a 60-minute one-time consultation for ongoing, nonurgent concerns. Your child should continue routine care with their pediatrician.
$295 one-time consultation fee. Insurance is not billed. HSA/FSA payments are accepted, and an itemized invoice can be provided for possible reimbursement.
Specialist visits, testing, and treatment are billed separately by those providers. This service does not replace emergency or urgent care, an in-person examination, or specialist care when indicated.
