A focused 20-minute physician follow-up for established Haus Health pediatric digestive-health patients.

THIS VISIT INCLUDES

• Review of progress since the initial consultation

• Troubleshooting barriers involving toileting, nutrition, hydration, movement, school, or family routines

• Adjustment of the existing written action plan

• Guidance about coordination with your child’s pediatrician or specialist care when appropriate

ELIGIBILITY

This visit is only for one identified child who has already completed a Pediatric Digestive Health Consultation or the Pediatric Digestive Support Program with Dr. Cohen-Hausmann.

This is for ongoing, nonurgent concerns. It does not include unlimited messaging, urgent advice, laboratory testing, specialist visits, or other clinicians’ fees.

$125 one-time follow-up fee. Insurance is not billed. HSA/FSA payments are accepted, and an itemized invoice can be provided for possible reimbursement.

Available to established patients located in Massachusetts and Florida at the time of the visit.
