A focused 20-minute physician follow-up for established Haus Health pediatric digestive-health patients.
THIS VISIT INCLUDES
• Review of progress since the initial consultation
• Troubleshooting barriers involving toileting, nutrition, hydration, movement, school, or family routines
• Adjustment of the existing written action plan
• Guidance about coordination with your child’s pediatrician or specialist care when appropriate
ELIGIBILITY
This visit is only for one identified child who has already completed a Pediatric Digestive Health Consultation or the Pediatric Digestive Support Program with Dr. Cohen-Hausmann.
This is for ongoing, nonurgent concerns. It does not include unlimited messaging, urgent advice, laboratory testing, specialist visits, or other clinicians’ fees.
$125 one-time follow-up fee. Insurance is not billed. HSA/FSA payments are accepted, and an itemized invoice can be provided for possible reimbursement.
Available to established patients located in Massachusetts, Florida, and Colorado at the time of the visit.
After booking, the Haus Health team will contact you personally to schedule your child’s virtual follow-up appointment with Dr. Cohen-Hausmann.
