YOUR FOLLOW-UP INCLUDES
- Review of new symptoms, flares, functional changes, medication response, side effects, and other clinical developments
- Review of newly available laboratory results, imaging reports, medical records, photographs, videos, and specialist evaluations
- A 30- to 60-minute secure virtual visit with Dr. Hausmann, based on the complexity of your concerns
- A focused virtual physical examination when clinically appropriate
- Reassessment of the diagnosis, treatment considerations, and remaining questions
- A clear, prioritized plan for next steps, including testing or treatment considerations to discuss with your local healthcare team
Before your appointment, Dr. Hausmann will review the relevant updates you submit. Haus Health can retrieve records electronically from many health systems when available, and you may securely provide additional records and files for review.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This service is available only to established Haus Health rheumatology patients who have previously completed a comprehensive consultation with Dr. Hausmann. Patient-facing virtual visits are available when the patient is physically located in Massachusetts or Florida at the time of the appointment.
Haus Health is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA payments may be accepted. This service is not intended for emergencies, urgent symptoms, or routine prescription refill requests.
