Your consultation is personally conducted by Jonathan S. Hausmann, MD, a Harvard-trained physician board-certified in adult and pediatric rheumatology. No prior diagnosis or referral is required.

Within five business days after completing your intake, you will complete your consultation and receive your written report.
You will receive a welcome email with a secure intake form and instructions for sharing records after booking. Once you complete the intake form, you can book your virtual appointment with Dr. Hausmann yourself.
Medical record review: Dr. Hausmann reviews your history, results, and prior opinions before your visit.
Help gathering records: With your permission, we can retrieve records electronically for most patients. You or your physician can also securely add records, lab results, imaging reports, photographs, or videos.
A focused virtual visit: Discuss your symptoms and questions, with a guided examination when clinically relevant.
A written assessment and plan: Clear recommendations explaining the findings, remaining uncertainties, and next steps.
Collaboration with your local physician: Coordination when appropriate and with your permission.
Dr. Hausmann may order tests to clarify your diagnosis or guide next steps. In some cases, he can serve as your primary rheumatologist and prescribe or manage medications when he agrees to provide ongoing care. These decisions are individualized; ongoing care is not automatically included in the initial consultation.
